1. About the service
ANMAelectric provides remote technical configuration, reference information, dashboards and automation work for Home Assistant and energy systems. The service does not replace official manufacturer instructions, electrical design, licensed installation or on-site safety checks.
2. Customer access and responsibility
The customer is responsible for lawful access to the equipment and for granting only the permissions required for remote work. Safety-critical parameters must be independently verified before commissioning.
3. Payment and delivery
Digital services are paid through the configured payment provider or another agreed method and delivered remotely. The selected package covers the scope described on the pricing page; unusually complex or larger systems may require a separate quote.
4. Technical limitations
Compatibility depends on model, firmware, protocols, network access and data exposed by the equipment. ANMAelectric cannot guarantee functions not provided by the hardware or vendor interface.
5. Ownership
After payment for completed work, the customer retains control of their Home Assistant instance and configuration. Third-party brands, software and documentation remain the property of their respective owners.
