How remote work is done
Technical access is normally provided through Tailscale. You keep control of access and can revoke it when the work is complete. Communication and coordination can be handled via Telegram or email.

- Floor plans, photos, zones and sensors. The starting scope covers one property; buildings, floors, visual detail and interactions affect the quote.
Important scope note
Prices cover an agreed project, not a monthly subscription. Additional properties, hardware, custom integrations and extensions are quoted separately. Hosting duration, data retention and support terms are agreed before ordering.
